"The reason I still really enjoy and am passionate about the position that I hold at Reynolds Farm Equipment is twofold. One is that I love the new technology, the rapidly changing environment, new technology coming in as from all different companies and innovators, entrepreneurs around the world and in the areas of imagery and automation and other technologies. Number two would be the Reynolds family, the owners. That's the reason I stay at Reynolds Farm Equipment is because the ownership at Reynolds Farm Equipment are very honest, open, caring people. And that is something that's very important to me. And so that's what draws me in."
