Overview

Company Description:
DTB AgriTrade LLP operates at the intersection of international trade and organizational leadership. Our business is built on two primary pillars:

Agricultural Trade Policy Consulting: We provide elite technical expertise in international trade negotiations, compliance monitoring, and the resolution of complex trade barriers (including non-science-based regulatory barriers) for global food and agriculture clients.

Organizational Stewardship & Strategic Partnership Development: We serve as the long-term operational and strategic backbone for agricultural associations and coalitions. We provide the professional management, governance, and communication infrastructure that allows member-driven organizations to thrive.

DTB AgriTrade is headquartered in Washington, D.C., but our Organizational Stewardship & Strategic Partnership Development team operates remotely out of Northern Indianapolis (Noblesville/Carmel/Fishers).

Role Overview:
While DTB is rooted in trade policy, this position specifically supports our Organizational Stewardship side. We are looking for a mid-level professional to provide dedicated, day-to-day association management support for a portfolio of agricultural groups. This role will serve as the operational “hub” for member-facing communications and associations operations, working across multiple organizations with distinct missions, audiences and brand identities.

The Communications and Member Services Manager will take ownership of public-facing communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy and polish across all platforms while managing the administrative communications backbone that supports boards, committees, events and members. This individual is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, sound judgment and attention to detail, translating strategic direction into clear, effective communications and smooth member experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how associations operate, demonstrates the ability to tailor engagement and messaging to diverse groups, and is proactive in learning the unique perspectives of members and stakeholders. They take personal responsibility for ensuring that all public-facing deliverables are accurate, timely, and reflect the organization’s standards.
