"As a fermentation scientist, the day to day activity is very much diverse. There would be one day where I will be in the lab for a straight eight hours really working on the fermentation process of all these fun, cool bacteria that I get to work on. Looking and assessing, making sure their health is robust and is great at the same time they are producing the end product that I intended to produce. And there's a lot of designing of experiment, figuring out what makes them happy so that they would give me the response that I needed."
