Job Description
You are directly responsible for the management and inbound inquiries regarding the Java House beverage program. As our sales team earns new business, you are responsible for managing customers upon introduction, entry to our Customer Portal, and any following inquiries from our customers. As we receive inbound interest from businesses to partake in our beverage program, you are responsible for responding in a timely manner and presenting our program.
Your day to day will consistent of virtual customer management, program presentations, and “Disney-like” customer service.

- Detail-focused mind, sharing wins and learning with team for the betterment of the team
- Strong organization around documentation of customer management
- Comfortability working within and/or learning CRM platform
- Ability to build strong relationships with people
