Additional Degrees & Concentrations

(BS/Minor/Assoc) - This fast-moving, highly specialized field of study focuses on the underlying principles of programming and algorithms. Computer science students then learn how to apply these concepts to design software, systems and networks—while also understanding the ways humans need and want them to behave. Coursework may include programming, hardware and software design, network design, information processing and machine learning.

(BS/Minor) - The computer science and information technology degree path combines core technological elements of to provide students with an overarching understanding of information and data. Students pursuing this degree will also explore and learn skills related to the collection, storage, management and application of information and data.

(Assoc/Cert) - The software development associate degree program prepares its students to create, evaluate, implement and maintain software applications that are crucial for the functionality of computers and other technical devices. This associate degree prepares students for entry-level positions in software development or for continuing education at a four-year institution.
