Information you give us. When you create a profile, we collect your name and email address. When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. When you take a quiz, we collect the name of the school you attend, the year you are in school, what you are good at, what you like to do, and how you heard about Field Atlas. You have the option of giving us your name and email address when you take the quiz.
Information that we automatically collect. Visitors to our website can browse the site without telling us who they are. We do not collect cookies for tracking purposes. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies, some features will be disabled that make your Site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.
This Site collects statistical information through a log file that generates reports indicating which pages were visited and how frequently, as well as IP addresses. The developers of this Site use and disclose this information, including your IP address, to help us develop further content and features for this Site.

We use the information you provide for the purposes for which it was provided. For example, if you sign up for the newsletter, we will email the newsletter to the email address you provide. If you create a profile, we will save responses of the quiz to that profile and sign you up for the newsletter.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We also may share information about the school you attend and your year in school with our funders, but we do not include your name or email address.
