The Agronomy internship will offer the opportunity to work in all aspects of the popcorn seed production process.<\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with the Field Production Manager and gain hands-on experience in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The machinery, equipment, and timing of seed production.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting crop scouting reports (stand counts, weed, insect, and disease ID).<\/li>\n<li>Working with rogue and de-tasseling crew to maintain field purity (field counts).<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and compiling pollination data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are located in New Richmond, IN, just south of Lafayette, IN.
