As the Customer Support Team is often the\u00a0first line of communication with customers, this individual must ensure they represent ADM well by being customer-focused and committed to driving solutions to ensure reliability.\u00a0 It is important that this candidate also maintain positive relationships with various ADM Departments such as the Sales Team, Business Managers, Merchandisers, Technical Team, Operations Team, Transportation Team, etc. There is opportunity for career growth within this group as the Customer Support Team is committed to improving processes and driving efficiencies.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create excellent relationships with customers and be responsive to their needs<\/li>\n<li>Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products<\/li>\n<li>Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM systems<\/li>\n<li>Process customer orders, inquiries, and\/or complaints within 24-48 hrs. of receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal and external colleagues to confirm on time delivery and accurate documentation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic customer files containing customer contact detail, special instructions, pricing information, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Log pertinent case detail within ADM systems to provide transparency to items needing further review<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accounts receivable efforts<\/li>\n<li>Review various reports to confirm delivery, proper invoicing, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare general business correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate other functions as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"answer ng-scope jobdescriptionInJobDetails\"><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A service-oriented focus on both internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>A positive customer centric disposition<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>The ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed<\/li>\n<li>Excellent keyboarding skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience using internal systems (i.e. \u2013 contract, order, inventory and accounts receivable computer systems) is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Decision-making abilities<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking<\/li>\n<li>The ability to adapt to adapt to a constantly changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Physical requirements include: sitting for prolonged periods of time, operating a keyboard, standing, filing, bending, kneeling and effectively working on the telephone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Excited about this role but don\u2019t think you meet every requirement listed?
