We manufacture and market Splenda, the #1 brand in the low-calorie sweetener category and the most recognized in the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We make coffee, tea and water taste better and help people live happier, healthier and longer lives by making it easy to reduce sugar.<\/p>\n<p data-pasted=\"true\">\n<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Scope:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key partner to employees and leaders, providing day-to-day support in employee engagement, front-line leader coaching, employee relations, and administration. This role partners across all levels of the organization to support business objectives, promote a positive workplace culture, manage workforce planning, interviewing candidate as needed and roster updates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><u>:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing guidance, support, and coordination in a consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the HR department.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Interprets and applies company policies, benefits, practices, procedures, programs and applicable laws.<\/li>\n<li>Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for selection, recruitment, and interviewing of plant employees and works jointly with supervisory and department heads in the hiring of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assisting with the welcoming new hires and works jointly with supervisors and department heads.<\/li>\n<li>Serves as contact with temporary labor agencies to schedule workers to meet daily production staffing requirements and to process pay records.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze training needs to design employee training and development including safety programs.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing recognition programs to support HeartLife \u2013 employee, culture and community;
