{"id":1912,"date":"2026-09-25T20:19:04","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T20:19:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myfieldatlas.com\/jobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=1912"},"modified":"2026-09-25T20:19:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T20:19:04","slug":"quality-assurance-intern-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/myfieldatlas.com\/jobs\/job\/quality-assurance-intern-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality Assurance Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Technical Support of Plant QA Projects<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for a summer project as assigned by the Associate Director of Quality<\/li>\n<li>Assist in product testing, research, or sampling methods pertaining to projects as requested by Associate Director of Quality or plant Quality Manager<\/li>\n<li>Support Quality Systems Manager with sampling and\/or product testing as required<\/li>\n<li>Data compiling and organization as it pertains to validation and verification work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lab Support and Upkeep<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aid in conducting product cuttings and\/or sensory panels<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for analytical testing of products as needed<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for lab cleanliness and general organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>QA Regulatory Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in data entry and filing<\/li>\n<li>Support on projects pertaining to food labeling compliance, food safety and quality plans, product shelf life testing, and raw material specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quality Systems Administrative Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aid in researching information as it pertains to customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Support in data entry and filing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements for Success:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively seeking a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Food Science, Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or Consumer Family Sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced working within a lab<\/li>\n<li>Computer knowledge required; MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee<\/li>\n<li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions<\/li>\n<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear<\/li>\n<li>The employee may occasionally be required to crouch<\/li>\n<li>The employee may occasionally lift items as heavy as 25 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Specific vision abilities may include the employee\u2019s ability to see near and far distances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_jet_sm_ready_style":"","_jet_sm_style":"","_jet_sm_controls_values":"","_jet_sm_fonts_collection":"","_jet_sm_fonts_links":"","_promoted":"","_company_name":"Red Gold","_company_website":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[21,12,31,28],"job-types":[6],"job_listing_tag":[34],"class_list":["post-1912","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-agronomy","job_listing_category-engineering","job_listing_category-food-science","job_listing_category-quality-assurance","job_listing_type-internship","job_listing_tag-internship","job-type-internship"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
