To learn more, visit<a href=\"http:\/\/www.taranis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> www.taranis.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>highly driven, customer-focused Customer Success Representative<\/strong> who takes ownership, operates independently, and gets things done.<\/p>\n<p>You will own the day-to-day success and engagement of an assigned customer portfolio, working closely with Regional Account Managers to drive adoption, customer value, retention, renewals, and expansion.<\/p>\n<p>This is a role for someone who is <strong>proactive, accountable, and resourceful <\/strong>\u2014 someone who manages priorities independently, communicates risks early, comes with solutions, and consistently follows through on commitments.<\/p>\n<p>This position is located on-site in<strong> Westfield, IN,<\/strong> with periodic travel to customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Goal of This Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive high renewal rates through measurable ROI delivery and consistent customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Increase grower enrollment and adoption of Taranis Intelligence programs<\/li>\n<li>Identify and execute in-season expansion and upsell opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Support Regional Account Managers in growing and deepening customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customers successfully operationalize Taranis within their workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<div class=\"openings-position-requirements openings-user-text\">\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with the Regional Account Manager and Customer Experience as the territory\u2019s Customer Success Representative<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned accounts<\/li>\n<li>Drive pre-season onboarding, alignment, and expectation setting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proactive, high-touch customer engagement throughout the growing season to obtain ROI Value stories<\/li>\n<li>Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement, proactively identifying risks and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Deliver ROI reviews and seasonal business summaries to support retention and renewals<\/li>\n<li>Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and coordinate execution with Regional Account Managers<\/li>\n<li>Deliver virtual and in-person trainings, platform walkthroughs, and webinars<\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate account activity, progress, and renewal status in Salesforce and GONG (ai platform)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Flight Operations to ensure seamless execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"openings-position-requirements openings-user-text\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agricultural expertise<\/strong>\u2013 3+ years of experience in agricultural retail, cooperatives, agronomy, or another customer-facing agricultural role<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agronomic knowledge<\/strong>\u2013 preferred strong understanding of corn and soybean production systems; but not essential<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer relationship skills<\/strong> \u2013 proven drive to build trusted relationships, drive retention, and communicate value and ROI<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ownership &amp; accountability<\/strong> \u2013 takes responsibility for commitments and consistently follows through with minimal management oversight<\/li>\n<li><strong>Independent execution<\/strong>\u2013 manages multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively with limited oversight<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proactive communication<\/strong> \u2013 identifies risks early, keeps stakeholders informed, and communicates before issues escalate<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resourcefulness &amp; problem-solving<\/strong>\u2013 takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and brings solutions rather than just problems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drive &amp; results orientation<\/strong>\u2013 maintains a high standard for performance, customer impact, and execution<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibility<\/strong> \u2013 willing to travel periodically within the assigned region to onboard and grow accounts; estimated 35% of the calendar year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in Precision Agriculture or AgTech<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with digital agronomy tools, imagery, or data-driven platforms<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace;
