POSITION SUMMARY<\/p>\n
The Strategic & Operations Senior Project Manager supports organizational effectiveness by leading cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, coordinating strategic initiatives, and strengthening collaboration across departments. This relational-centered role combines internal stakeholder engagement, project management, process improvement, performance measurement, and organizational support to help ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively and efficiently. This role builds partnerships with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, strengthen project performance measurement, and support data-driven decision-making.\u00a0 The ideal candidate demonstrates a track record of delivering results through cross-functional partnership, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Project Management & Strategic Execution<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support cross-departmental projects that advance organizational priorities, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational performance.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as an internal expert and trainer on organizational systems, data analytics, dashboards, and Microsoft based technology tools, promoting user adoption, best practices, and data-driven decision making across the organization.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Serve as a flexible project management resource, stepping in to support or lead projects during staff absences, transitions, workload surges or ad hoc projects.<\/p>\n
Performance Measurement and Internal Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Build trusted working relationships across program and operations teams, serving as a reliable resource for project managers and directors. Partner with teams to improve processes, use AI tools where helpful, and reduce redundancies.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Utilize data and analytics to assess organizational performance, measure project outcomes, and support informed decision-making to enhance strategic discussions for the board and team.<\/p>\n

Internal Information Technology<\/p>\n
