There will be several opportunities to gain experience in different areas within Quality, such as Quality Management System, Animal Health Products, and Audits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Your Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports the process and business\u00a0and gain real-world experience in a regulated environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Work within cross-functional teams to support\u00a0inspection\u00a0readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist\u00a0with the production and analytical processes to ensure they are carried out with\u00a0appropriate quality\u00a0standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Study design improvement process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Education<\/b>:\u00a0Currently enrolled in\u00a0Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a similar major.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Top\u00a0Skills<\/b>:\u00a0Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication\u00a0and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Additional Information:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel:\u00a010% &#8211; to corporate facility in Indianapolis, IN for opening\/closing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Location:\u00a0Clinton\u00a0Manufacturing Plant,\u00a0Clinton, IN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Elanco\u2019s\u00a0Internship Program<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Our internship program is designed to give students meaningful, hands-on experience as they kickstart their careers.
