Qualifications and Credentials:<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.<\/p>\n
\u2022 3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement (U.S. experience required; international experience a plus).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Demonstrated expertise in:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Conducting trademark searches and assessing clearance.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preparing and prosecuting trademark applications before the USPTO.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Drafting and responding to cease-and-desist letters.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Advising on trademark use, policing, and brand protection strategies.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handling copyright and domain name matters (UDRPs).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with proven client-management abilities.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-office team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Robust experience with trademark searching databases and tools, both subscription-based and free-of-charge<\/p>\n
