Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\u2022 Align and partner with Sales, Brand team, and Customers to build winning shopper marketing plans that help deliver the total US Splenda AOP target<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage shopper marketing projects to ensure all programs are executed on time, within budget, and meet KPI objectives through post campaign analysis and reporting<\/p>\n
\u2022 Be a strategic customer and brand advocate while influencing multiple functions both internally externally in the planning, budgeting, and development of programs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage on-site search within key retailer platforms, building and optimizing campaigns to meet KPI objectives, and reporting on performance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with developing and executing new item launch plans at retail for Splenda that meet or exceed objectives around awareness, household penetration, trial, and repeat<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage all digital coupon programs, track performance and report out to internal teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Build alliances with synergistic vendors to stay on top of industry trends and technology<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\nEducation Required:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing or other business-related field<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills Required:<\/p>\n
\u2022 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or agency in food or other Consumer Packaged Goods Industry experience required<\/p>\n
\u2022 Perform at a high capacity to deliver against quick turn-around on unanticipated customer-generated requests. Requires solid project management skill set along with multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and attention to detail<\/p>\n
\u2022 Adaptable, detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively<\/p>\n
\u2022 A natural curiosity to dig deeper into data to identify key drivers and trends<\/p>\n
\u2022 A growth mindset and desire to advance your career<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous Shopper Marketing experience within the CPG industry<\/p>\n
\u2022 Retail Media and ecommerce experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience using retailer platforms, portals and systems<\/p>\n
Computer Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Excel to analyze and translate data into actionable insights<\/p>\n
\u2022 Moderate to advanced skill set in PowerPoint for creative storytelling<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficient knowledge and experience with retailer POS systems and syndicated data<\/p>\n
Communication Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Public speaking skills for presentations to peers and customers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaboratively communicate daily with field sales brand teams business unit teams and retail execution team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
