JOB DESCRIPTION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

An Account Executive is responsible for driving new business through in-person, field based sales efforts, primarily targeting office environments. This role primarily focuses on introducing and selling our Peel and Pour Pods, building relationships with key decision makers, and delivering a convenient high-quality beverage solution that meets workplace needs.<\/p>\n

*The successful candidate will be based in the Phoenix, Arizona market and travel throughout the surrounding territory.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and referrals<\/li>\n
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product samplings, and tasting within office environments<\/li>\n
  • Educate potential customers on the value and convenience of our Peel and Pour beverage line and products<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain relationships with office managers and key decision makers<\/li>\n
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and even beyond, to ensure repeat orders\/subscription management<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting with CRM (Salesforce)<\/li>\n
  • Stay informed on product offers, pricing, and competition in the industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

     <\/p>\n

    QUALIFICATIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree required, preferably in Sales or Business<\/li>\n
    • 1-3+ years of B2B or field-sales experience<\/li>\n
    • 1+ year of sales experience, with proven track record of closing and acquiring new business<\/li>\n
    • Experience using CRM and lead generation tools (Salesforce, Spotio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Value-based selling, including MEDDIC or similar sales methodology<\/li>\n
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field environment<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory and other markets as needed<\/li>\n
    • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver license- a company car will be provided when available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
