Schedule:<\/strong>\u00a0 Full Time, Hybrid <\/p>\n Compensation:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The salary range for this position is estimated to be $60,265.00 \u2013 $125,909.00 annualized, which reflects the company\u2019s current estimate of the potential compensation range at the time of posting. This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position and represents one component of the total rewards package. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, qualifications, and allotted budget. Leveraging deep market knowledge and a consultative sales approach, the RLO identifies opportunities, delivers sound credit solutions, and partners with internal teams to support customers throughout the loan lifecycle.<\/p>\n This role contributes independently to routine and recurring work with growing confidence and consistency. It applies established procedures, manages assigned responsibilities effectively, and collaborates with others to support business outcomes.
