Come join our family of approximately 70 employees and grow along with us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Lawn &amp; Garden Division Buyer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Classification:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location:<\/strong> Onsite &#8211; Indianapolis, IN<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experiences product manager \/ buyer to oversee the purchasing of lawn and garden products, including chemicals, fertilizer, and other products sold by our independent retail customers. The local candidate will be hard-working with professional industry experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the fundamentals of the lawn and garden industry.<\/li>\n<li>Understand CISCO&#8217;s customer base, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that will grow market share.<\/li>\n<li>Work to improve our customer&#8217;s experience and drive growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong working relationships with CISCO&#8217;s customers and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with vendors and CISCO&#8217;s marketing staff to promote products and build sales.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with technical questions regarding the product lines managed.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date on new industry trends and products.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor product pricing and develop positioning strategies. Ensure accuracy of pricing and product descriptions in order entry system.<\/li>\n<li>Attend seminars, dealer meetings, trade shows, etc. as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and support CISCO&#8217;s sales staff.
