This role will\u00a0<strong>report directly to the National Account Manager \u2013 Kroger &amp; Harris Teeter<\/strong>\u00a0and play a critical role in day-to-day account management, execution, and analytical support across Heartland\u2019s brand portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>This position is\u00a0<strong>based in Cincinnati, OH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Support Kroger Customer Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Partner closely with the National Account Manager to execute Kroger strategy and Joint Business Plans<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key day-to-day contact for Kroger merchandising and support teams, as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Prepare customer-facing materials for line reviews, innovation presentations, and business updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drive Execution &amp; Commercial Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Support delivery of volume, trade spend, and profitability targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage promotional planning, deal execution, and item maintenance in Kroger systems<\/li>\n<li>Track promotional performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics, Forecasting &amp; Insights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Maintain forecasts, demand planning inputs, and customer scorecards<\/li>\n<li>Analyze syndicated data (Circana\/IRI, Nielsen) and Kroger-specific reporting to identify risks and opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for the NAM and broader team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Merchandising &amp;
