When you join our team, you\u2019re not just starting a job\u2014you\u2019re joining a company built on heart and grit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Process work-flow in the loan department including; processing, updating, filing and all maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process loan maintenance, including rate changes, payment adjustments, payoffs, deferrals, and modifications<\/li>\n<li>Accurately board all loan types on core system<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate loan records and ensure all updates are properly reflected in the core system<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage escrow accounts, including tax and insurance tracking and escrow analysis<\/li>\n<li>Process loan payoffs and ensure accurate final balances and disbursements<\/li>\n<li>Review and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and customer account issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all loan transactions<\/li>\n<li>Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing requested information<\/li>\n<li>Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify and resolve exceptions<\/li>\n<li>Process and track insurance (including CPI, Credit Life, and Disability where applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Balancing of internal accounts<\/li>\n<li>Assist with participation loans and related transactions, including funding and payments<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding loan servicing requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulations<\/li>\n<li>All other job duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"job-listing-header\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-bind=\"html: Job.Requirements\">\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years of banking or customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in banking, mortgage, bookkeeping, or insurance industries<\/li>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primarily office or branch-based environment with standard business hours.
