SCHEDULE:<\/strong>\u00a0 Full Time, Onsite <\/p>\n COMPENSATION:<\/strong>\u00a0$44,552.00\u00a0to\u00a0$80,604.00\u00a0 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America\/Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.<\/p>\n The Financial Relationship Coordinator provides exceptional customer experience by supporting the delivery of financial services through establishing, developing, and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, walk-in customers, financial transactions, monetary accounting activities, funds deposits, and daily reports. \u00a0Assists in proactively identifying service office needs and providing administrative support for the marketplace.<\/p>\n This role contributes independently to routine and recurring work with growing confidence and consistency. It applies established procedures, manages assigned responsibilities effectively, and collaborates with others to support business outcomes. Team members at this level are expanding functional knowledge, strengthening judgment, and developing problem-solving skills within defined parameters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n While engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer usage.
