The time spent performing each of the following tasks will vary every day and depending on the season. This position will work between the Agronomy and Grain departments during the appropriate times of year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Unload fertilizer from train cars and semi-trailers to store it in the\u00a0appropriate compartment\u00a0of the hub<\/li>\n<li>Safely\u00a0operate\u00a0heavy equipment including, but not limited to pay-loaders, fork-lifts, and pick-up trucks<\/li>\n<li>Facility and equipment maintenance including, but not limited to cleaning, inspecting, greasing, lubricating, painting, and light mechanical, electrical, and carpentry work<\/li>\n<li>Enter orders into the computer system for outbound loading of straight or blended products,\u00a0onto semi-trailers, tender trucks, and spreader carts<\/li>\n<li>Organize\u00a0paperwork and computer documents<\/li>\n<li>Communicate\u00a0with managers and personnel from the serviced branches and headquarters along with some customers<\/li>\n<li>Perform operations in company computer accounting program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Skills and Qualifications<\/b>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of preventative maintenance routines and facility management (i.e., maintenance, sanitation, etc.)\u202fis preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to\u00a0work\u00a0well with others<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to pay attention to detail and multitask<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and capable of learning company specific software<\/li>\n<li>Strong math, mechanical, and electrical problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work without supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to focus\u00a0on work despite\u00a0multiple interruptions<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of fertilizers is helpful but not\u00a0required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Education and Experience<\/b>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>Operations background preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Physical Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Working at heights via climbing ladders and crossing catwalks (65 feet off the ground)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_jet_sm_ready_style":"","_jet_sm_style":"","_jet_sm_controls_values":"","_jet_sm_fonts_collection":"","_jet_sm_fonts_links":"","_promoted":"","_company_name":"Keystone Cooperative","_company_website":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[27],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[9,29],"class_list":["post-1616","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_category-operations","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_tag-early-career","job_listing_tag-recent-graduates","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Fertilizer Operations - Field Atlas Job Board<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/myfieldatlas.com\/jobs\/job\/fertilizer-operations\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Fertilizer Operations - Field Atlas Job Board\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Position Overview: This position is responsible for assisting the Hub Manager with the operations, maintenance, and accounting that are associated with the successful performance of the dry fertilizer hub.
