SCOPE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Perform timely review, validation, and resolution of accounts receivable transactions (deductions) while operating as an embedded member of the Accounts Receivable team. This position also requires cross-training in roles beyond core responsibilities.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Review and process incoming customer Account Receivable transactions (deductions) in a timely manner<\/li>\n
  • Prioritize quick resolution of high-volume, lower-value deductions<\/li>\n
  • Identify and escalate high-risk or high-value deductions as needed<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of deduction activity<\/li>\n
  • Monitor deduction trends and flag recurring issues to leadership<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Finance and internal teams as needed, while limiting reliance on Sales<\/li>\n
  • Support continuous improvement of deduction processes and workflows<\/li>\n
  • Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and interact with computers, telephone and other electronic media.<\/li>\n
    • Must possess visual acuity to document company records.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to work extended hours, such as daily overtime and an occasional weekend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      QUALIFICATIONS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Strong computer skills including experience in ERP platforms, Excel, and other Microsoft products.<\/li>\n
      • AR experience preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Thoughtful and analytical approach to planning, problem solving, and decision making.<\/li>\n
      • Detail oriented, with a \u201cbig picture\u201d understanding.<\/li>\n
      • High level of initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision.<\/li>\n
