This role is responsible for building and executing marketing plans that drive consumer acquisition, brand loyalty, and both in-store and digital engagement. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable-owning campaigns end-to-end, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaign Planning &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Own and manage the seasonal marketing calendar (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall), including drink launches, national holidays, and IndyCar-related activations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute localized, store-specific promotions to increase transactions, trial, and guest frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with operations and product teams on marketing for new menu items and limited-time offers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Loyalty &amp; App Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Oversee loyalty program structure and reward strategies using the Craver platform and Square ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li>Build and launch segmented push notifications, email campaigns, and SMS marketing targeting specific user behaviors and locations.<\/li>\n<li>Drive app acquisition and conversion using paid campaigns, in-store signage, and promotional incentives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage in-app promotions (e.g., double-point days, tier bonuses) aligned with seasonal and event marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the development team to test new app features, ensure POS integration, and manage QA.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor app analytics (downloads, retention, redemption rates) and run A\/B tests to optimize messaging and user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collect user feedback and work cross-functionally to enhance app performance and guest retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Graphic Design &amp; Project Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Develop clear creative briefs for campaigns and product launches, outlining objectives, audiences, key messages, and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Menu &amp; POS Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Manage POS updates for new drinks and menu items, ensuring accuracy of pricing, descriptions, and system integration.<\/li>\n<li>Manage digital menu board assets and drive-thru menu board assets, ensuring content is current, on-brand, and optimized for guest clarity and conversion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Advertising &amp; Performance Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Manage paid advertising budgets on Meta and TikTok, with an emphasis on geo-targeting to drive app downloads and caf\u00e9 traffic.<\/li>\n<li>Build creative briefs for ad campaigns, update copy and assets based on performance insights, and manage A\/B testing.<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on key KPIs, including sign-ups, redemptions, sales impact, and campaign ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Online Listings &amp;
