A Taste of Your Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Take ownership of Daily Management Systems (DMS) and set the standard for operational excellence<\/p><\/div>\n

\u2022 Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve reliability processes of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems<\/div>\n
\u2022 Build team capabilities and share knowledge to strengthen technical understanding<\/div>\n
\u2022 Champion digital tools and lead the charge in technological transformation<\/div>\n
\u2022 Dive into KPIs to uncover opportunities and prioritize impactful improvements<\/div>\n
\u2022 Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions and guide small teams to success<\/div>\n
\u2022 Manage projects independently using Conagra Performance System (CPS) tools<\/div>\n
\u2022 Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to deliver results<\/div>\n
\u2022 Lead capital projects that shape the future of the Business Unit<\/div>\n

Ingredients Required for Your Success<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering<\/p><\/div>\n

\u2022 Skilled in Microsoft applications (PowerBI, PowerApps, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience with food manufacturing systems and equipment<\/div>\n
\u2022 3+ years of experience in process engineering or related field<\/div>\n
\u2022\u00a01+ year experience influencing or leading teams and driving accountability<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Physical Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n

More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply:<\/p>\n

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs\/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.<\/p>\n

You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.<\/p>\n

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.<\/p>\n

Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates<\/p>\n

Compensation\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000<\/p>\n

\n

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee\u2019s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience\/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees\u2019 equity.\u00a0Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.<\/i><\/p>\n
