And it\u2019s what we do together that sets us apart.<\/p>\n<p>The Field Sales Marketing Strategist role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing support for the organization\u2019s field sales team. Much More<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Develop and execute field sales marketing strategies, plans, and materials in collaboration with the sales team and marketing department.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with the field sales team and dealer network to develop effective marketing tools and gather actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between the field sales and marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with RBMs, ATLs, and sales team on planning and organization of shows based off of Field Sales Marketing Team direction.<\/li>\n<li>Assist as needed with the planning, promotion and execution of events, that may include, but not limited to coordination of logistics, materials, venues, travel, and on-site setup and tear down.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver professional presentations to sales teams of varying experience levels, clearly communicating strategies, updates, and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives by monitoring key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Digital Storefront and provide user support to field sales team when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative team, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain all files associated with assigned responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and manage incoming requests from the field sales team while maintaining organized files and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on industry trends and compelling marketing ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as may be required by the Field Sales Marketing Lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Job Requirements<\/u><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Education and training:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree in area of Marketing Communications, Agriculture or other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Training in systems management, logistics, event planning, or other related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver\u2019s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck\u2019s automobile insurance policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Technical knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the sales process and selling techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural background or basic Ag knowledge is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a positive attitude and actions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish priorities, work independently, work as a team member, and proceed with objectives without supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Project management, reporting research results, understanding the customer, process improvement, initiative, planning<\/li>\n<li>Extensive computer and software skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing, communications or agricultural sales related field.<\/li>\n<li>Past experience with tradeshow work, the service field, or hospitality is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. \u00a0 \u00a0Physical Demands:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted on occasion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. \u00a0 \u00a0Travel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-pasted=\"true\">Overnight travel is required visiting various dealers and sales team meetings, as well as industry trade shows and company events.<\/li>\n<li>Travel expectations may be higher during the first year as the individual builds relationships, gains market familiarity, and supports onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Once established in the role,\u00a0<strong>expected travel is approximately 40\u201370 overnight stays per year.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>** In an effort to provide a safer, drug-free workplace for employees, all full-time applicants to whom offers of employment are made must submit to a drug test and background check, subject to applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
