The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between users of the assigned software and the software vendor. The Software Support Specialist will work in conjunction with the Technology Director to implement new software capabilities and tools.<\/p>\n<p>Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship. This role is not open for sponsorship or relocation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Support Requests<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Receive and respond to support requests in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate the cause of the support issue and resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Document repetitive software issues and work with Technology Director on requesting vendor support.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential training opportunities and coordinate with the System Training and Implementation Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li><b>System &amp; Process Implementation<\/b><\/li>\n<li>\u200bSupport the rollout of new software systems, tools, and workflow processes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Change Management<\/b><\/li>\n<li>\u200bAct as a liaison between vendor support teams and operational users to utilize new system capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential areas of resistance and work proactively to address concerns.<\/li>\n<li><b>Continuous Improvement<\/b><\/li>\n<li>\u200bManage all software version updates through testing, implementation and communication.<\/li>\n<li>Gather feedback and propose enhancements to system functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Technology Director with new system implementations and system enhancement rollouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in software support \/ administration, system implementation, or process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project management and change management principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP or other enterprise systems is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.<\/li>\n<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship.
