This internship is for students who are interested in the world of Finance and Accounting!<\/p>\n

Students could find themselves working in all areas of accounting including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Cost Accounting<\/li>\n
  • Plant accounting, reporting and analytical responsibilities<\/li>\n
  • Sales revenue accounting<\/li>\n
  • Fixed asset accounting, including sales tax and property tax<\/li>\n
  • General accounting, including bank reconciliations, month end close, journal entries, account analysis, and budgeting<\/li>\n
  • Credit evaluation<\/li>\n
  • And many more opportunities to get hands on knowledge!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Education and Experience:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Students who are currently enrolled pursuing a college degree in finance, accounting or similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal<\/li>\n
      • Striving<\/li>\n
      • Teamwork<\/li>\n
      • Order<\/li>\n
      • Sociability<\/li>\n
      • Ability to problem solve<\/li>\n
      • Ability to research and investigate<\/li>\n
      • Accurate – good eye for details<\/li>\n
      • Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
      • High energy level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
