What You’ll Do:<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase agricultural inputs sales to meet and exceed sales goals. Manage sales to meet profit margin goals<\/li>\n
  • Assure customer satisfaction of products including, but not limited to on time and accurate delivery and quality of product<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of proprietary products<\/li>\n
  • Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions to resolve issues. Resolve issues associated with adverse product results<\/li>\n
  • Perform initial credit review of customers to understand credit risk. Provide necessary information to Credit Manager in order to choose credit limits<\/li>\n
  • Collect outstanding accounts receivables from customers<\/li>\n
  • Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    What You’ll Bring:<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    • University degree preferred, in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent required<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years\u2019 experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry, as well as the application of agricultural chemicals<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Sales experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
