This role is responsible for articulating the value of conservation, navigating complex enrollment workflows, and maintaining high retention through exceptional service. The CCSR is ultimately accountable for\u00a0<strong>acquiring, converting, and retaining<\/strong>\u00a0growers within our conservation service ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<div class=\"openings-position-requirements openings-user-text\">\n<p><strong>1. Enrollment &amp; Conversion Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lead Acquisition:<\/strong>\u00a0Proactively engage with leads generated by Regional Account Managers (RAMs), Customer Success, and Marketing to pitch the economic and environmental benefits of sustainability programs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grower Conversion:<\/strong>\u00a0Guide growers through the sign-up process, ensuring all digital and physical documentation is executed accurately and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Value Communication:<\/strong>\u00a0Clearly articulate the ROI of conservation practices to move growers from &#8220;interested&#8221; to &#8220;committed.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Regulatory &amp; Agency Liaison<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agency Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Act as the primary point of contact for\u00a0<strong>FSA (Farm Service Agency)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service)<\/strong>\u00a0offices to request and track necessary documentation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Form Preparation:<\/strong>\u00a0Process incoming data from state offices to generate precise forms and technical documents required for program applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workflow Oversight:<\/strong>\u00a0Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, following up with NRCS offices post-submission to ensure applications move toward &#8220;Approved&#8221; status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Data Integrity &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pipeline Tracking:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain meticulous records of every grower\u2019s progress using\u00a0<strong>Salesforce<\/strong>, internal spreadsheets, and project management tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status Transparency:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the &#8220;health&#8221; of the conservation pipeline and any bottlenecks in the agency approval process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"openings-position-requirements openings-user-text\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agronomy &amp; Farming Expertise:<\/strong>\u00a0A strong foundational understanding of agriculture.
