Today, the Splenda\u00ae brand is the most recognizable and iconic low-calorie sweetener brand in the world, having sold more than 100 billion yellow packets. \u00a0And it\u2019s the #1 recommended brand of sweetener by healthcare professionals. \u00a0From original Splenda\u00ae Zero Calorie Sweetener to Splenda\u00ae Naturals, the Splenda\u00ae brand portfolio of products reinforces our position as a category leader, with more delicious new products to come as we help people live happier, healthier, and longer lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help drive growth for the Away from Home segment<\/li>\n<li>Manage and support a strategic innovation plan for the business unit<\/li>\n<li>Drive innovative activation and commerce efforts<\/li>\n<li>Align the plans with internal stakeholders including our Executive Leadership Team, Sales partners, and critical cross functional technical leaders like R&amp;D, Insights, Supply Chain &amp; Purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing campaign execution across multiple channels<\/li>\n<li>Assist in tradeshow planning and event execution<\/li>\n<li>Update website content and manage social media calendars<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales team in preparing sales decks<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices and track marketing budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA in business, marketing or related discipline required.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years previous experience, ideally with CPG products background. \u00a0Experience in Food is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Possess strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Heartland\u2019s culture is fast, flexible &amp; innovative.
