Overview

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develops learning solutions for various areas of the company.
  • Continuously assesses, executes, and improves the New Manager Training Program.
  • Coordinates the details for leadership development sessions and New Manager Training Program.
  • Facilitates employee trainings.
  • Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes and adjusts discrepancies.
  • Partners with Talent Management to support stakeholders to drive business and people strategies.
  • Partners with external vendors as needed.

 

Knowledge and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Education or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 Years of applicable experience.
  • CPLP or CPT is desired or willingness to earn. Trainer Certified for technical & leadership facilitation desired. Franklin Covey, Gallup, Korn Ferry certifications, a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design principles.
  • Experience developing successful instructor-led, e-learning and self-guided training courses and materials.
  • Experience facilitating both front line and senior leader participant groups preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity and competing priorities while under time constraints/deadlines with minimal direction.
  • Interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to guide and motivate others.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.
