Overview
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops learning solutions for various areas of the company.
- Continuously assesses, executes, and improves the New Manager Training Program.
- Coordinates the details for leadership development sessions and New Manager Training Program.
- Facilitates employee trainings.
- Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes and adjusts discrepancies.
- Partners with Talent Management to support stakeholders to drive business and people strategies.
- Partners with external vendors as needed.
Knowledge and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Education or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 Years of applicable experience.
- CPLP or CPT is desired or willingness to earn. Trainer Certified for technical & leadership facilitation desired. Franklin Covey, Gallup, Korn Ferry certifications, a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design principles.
- Experience developing successful instructor-led, e-learning and self-guided training courses and materials.
- Experience facilitating both front line and senior leader participant groups preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity and competing priorities while under time constraints/deadlines with minimal direction.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to guide and motivate others.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team environment.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner.
