RESPONSIBILITIES 
Project Work

  • Assist in the research, analysis, definition, testing and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
  • Develop reports, applications, and interfaces to fulfill business requirements.
  • Track and report progress on assigned projects.

Documentation

  • Review, edit, and write knowledge base (KB) entries.
  • Maintain and build knowledge and documentation of Red Gold software environment.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Actively pursuing a college degree in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience with SQL desired
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Base understanding of relational database desired
  • Base understanding of Microsoft Copilot or similar tools desired.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows environments, and common business applications.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
